What we collect and why

We collect contact and project information to answer enquiries and assess development requests. For job applications, we collect application details and CVs to evaluate candidates. Optional marketing preferences are kept separately.

Storage and service providers

Cloudflare Turnstile may process limited device and network information to protect forms from automated abuse. Information is stored on our hosting and may be processed by our authenticated email provider. Private briefs and CVs are not published and are available only to authorized staff.

Retention

Proposed operating periods are 12 months after the latest activity for applicants, 24 months for closed leads and enquiries, and 90–180 days for security, audit, and mail logs, unless a contract, dispute, or legal obligation requires longer. These periods must be confirmed by the business before production launch.

Your rights

You may ask to access, correct, or delete your information by emailing contact@nandigameworks.com. We may need to verify your identity before acting.
